到底今日係邊個生日呢🧐🧐
咪就係我哋成日聽到但又未見過嘅哈勃太空望遠鏡（Hubble Space Telescope）囉🛰🛰🤩
1990年4月24號佢被發射上太空
為我哋提供大量珍貴嘅資料🌌
令人類對太空嘅認知大幅上升⬆️
當然唔少得為我哋影低成千上萬張靚靚太空照片啦💫💫
其實過去嘅30年
哈勃都遇到好多嘅難關😣😣
例如一開始嘅「大近視」🤓🤓
——由於主鏡形狀差咗2.2微米（0.0022mm）
導致無法正確對焦🤪🤪
呢啲問題都要靠穿梭機送人上去維修先解決到🚀🚀
不過自從2011年穿梭機退伇
我哋就已經無法再見到穿梭機喺太空維修望遠鏡嘅畫面啦😞😞
雖然哈勃依家已經30歲，但佢仍然努力喺遙遠嘅天空盡忠職守🥰
哈勃預計會係2030至2040年退役
到時候就將會由詹士韋伯太空望遠鏡（James Webb Telescope）取代，完成佢歷史性嘅任務
希望大家唔好忘記哈勃依30年嘅默默耕耘啦🥳🥳

Today is the 30th anniversary of the launch of the famous Hubble Space Telescope🛰🛰🤩
It was launched on 24th of April, 1990
In the past 30 years, Hubble has been making use of the pristine observational environment to provide scientists with invaluable data, and of course, magnificent photos🌌💫💫
In the past 30 years, Hubble had also faced a lot of challenges as well😣😣
One of the most famous example is the “short-sighted” it had when launched🤓🤓
This was caused by an error of only 2.2 micrometres (0.0022mm)
but this was enough to make it unable to focus the light to form an image🤪🤪
These problems were solved by sending Space Shuttles for maintenance🚀🚀
But ever since the retirement of the Space Shuttle,
we can no longer appreciate the impressive sight of the shuttle and Hubble docked together with astronauts performing maintenance works😞😞
Although Hubble is already 30 years old, it will still continue serving us for another 10-20 years🥰
After Hubble finishes its historical mission, it will be replaced by the new James Webb Telescope.
But even with a newer and more advance telescope, let’s not forget the hard work Hubble has done for us in the past 30 years🥳🥳
